This is really a post to share the miso vinaigrette recipe. Feel free to drizzle it over food as you see fit.

A bit of warning, the sesame smell is very pungeant (although not unpleasant) and on its own if you taste the vinaigrette it will seem of bit odd tasting.
However, paired up with avocado....some sort of magic happens and it tastes delicious!!!!!

Some people actually whizz an avocado into their miso mix and use that as the vinaigrette...that might be usefull if you want to use the vinaigrette on chicken or other veg. Up to you, there might be a few triel and error as to what tastes good with the miso.

For now let's stick to avocado and i'll update the list as i find out what does and doesn't.

You will need:

1 tsp of grated ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp neutral oil (sunflower, vegetable)
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp yuzu
1 tbsp miso paste
1 tsp sugar
1 avocado
3 radishes
sesame seeds (optional)

Preparation:

1. For the avocado, I chose to make flower so it looks pretty but mashed will work just as well. If you want to make the flower shape, slice the avocado width way keeping it together as much as possible. Grab the sliced avocado and push slowly one slice against the other twisting slightly. once all the slices are arranged you should have a long think stripe and all you need to do it wrap it around. I'm not sure that makes sense so here is a link to a video that will show you how to do it.

2. Slice the radishes very thinly.

3. For the vinaigrette: mix everything together with a fork. Done!

4. Toast your bread and pope your avocado and radishes on top of it. Drizzle with the miso vinaigrette and finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
